Push Up Habit Builder is designed to help you reach your push up goals by automatically adapting its training schedule to go at your pace.
The progression starts at Level 1 and ends at Level 10. Every stage consists of 5 sets of varying difficulty. At the end of every stage, you have the choice of increasing or decreasing your current level. In this way, you can progress through the schedule at your own pace.
There are 3 different paths to take:
Normal, Advanced, Expert
Normal: 10 -> 100
Advanced: 25 -> 150
Expert: 50 -> 200
If you train every day, follow the schedule, and push yourself, you will achieve 100 pushups in no time!
Training
PushUps keep track of your progress and automatically loads the current set into view. If you feel like manually changing your level, you can pick a new one in the Level Select menu.
After clicking Start, the app walks you through each set with a Rest period in between. Some users place the phone under them and click the center button with each pushup; otherwise you can clcik "Complete Set" once you're done. If you don't feel like resting the whole period, you can skip that as well.
If you are unable to finish the set, you can click "Finish Early" at any point to complete your training for the day.
At the end of your training, you have the choice at staying at your current level or increasing or decreasing depeding on how you are feeling.
